I would like to make a freedom of information request details of the minutes of the meetings of the board of Scottish Enterprise for the last three years.

Scottish Enterprise hold six formal board meetings each year. We publish the minutes of those meetings in PDF format on our website. A link to the specific page where they are published is as follows:

The sets of minutes available for download from our website at this moment in time are for meetings held between 24 February 2017 and 24 April 2020. We are in the process of bringing this webpage up to date by adding the minutes of all meetings held in the past two years. We anticipate this work will be completed very shortly. As it is our intention to make the information you have requested publicly available, it is exempt under FOISA, in accordance with section 27 (1) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002: information intended for future publication. Section 27(1) exempts information from disclosure if an authority plans to publish the information no later than 12 weeks after the date the request is made.
