Cancelling a pre-paid event booking

Please note that where the event you have booked is a paid-for event, then the following cancellation policy will apply.

If you need to cancel your paid-for booking, we ask that you do so at least seven working days before the date of the event to receive a full refund. You can do this by logging into your Eventbrite account, finding the correct event ticket and then requesting a refund.

This gives us the opportunity to offer places to other attendees.

Cancellations made seven working days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Otherwise, you will not be entitled to any refund.

Note that Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. This means that, in most cases, we won't return them to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed.

However, there are two exceptions. We will refund the Eventbrite fees to buyers when an event is cancelled or when the buyer was charged multiple times in error and requests a refund within seven days of purchase.
